Professional Therapy Fees:

I am happy to have a brief discussion either by phone or Zoom to enable you to discuss what led you to consider EMDR, to explore your options and to decide whether you would like to proceed with therapy. This provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions about me and my background that are not already covered here.

If you wish to proceed subsequent sessions of up to 60 mins will be charged from £100. In the event of a cancellation, 48 hours notice is required, or you will be liable for the full cost.

Some people who have experienced a single trauma may find that up to 10 sessions is enough. Others who may have complex long standing difficulties, may require further treatment.

Usually, weekly sessions are recommended.

Professional Therapists’ Consultation Fees:

Fees for clinical consultation/supervision are available on request but range from £100 for individual sessions of one hour to £200 for groups meeting for 90 mins.
